    Returns and Exchanges

    I. Return Terms


    We accept returns for unused, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging.

    Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

    Specialty items (such as custom accessories or items sensitive to hygiene) may not be eligible for returns.


    II. Return Process


    Please submit a return request via email to info@atomstu.com and provide your order number and reason for return.

    We will respond to your return request within 1-2 business days and provide the return address and instructions.

    Returns must be made using reliable shipping methods and include a tracking number for verification of return status.


    III. Refunds


    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned merchandise.

    Refunds will be credited to your original payment account.

    International orders may experience slight delays due to bank processing or exchange rate differences.


    IV. Exchange Instructions


    If the product has quality issues or is damaged during shipping, you can request a free exchange.

    Exchanged products must be reshipped within 7 business days after verification of the issue.

    Exchanges are limited to products of the same style or equivalent value. If the price difference between the exchanged products is significant, the price difference will be settled.

    VI. Shipping Costs


    For returns or exchanges due to quality issues or shipping damage, shipping costs will be borne by the store.

    For returns due to personal reasons, international shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.


    VII. Notes


    Please retain the original packaging and included accessories to ensure a smooth return or exchange.

    Please do not place a new order before receiving the returned product to avoid duplicate shipping charges.

    If a return or exchange is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we will promptly communicate with you and provide a solution.
